We've been experimenting in the kitchen recently. Our new spring meals are delicious just as they are - but we found another yummy way to use them - in pies!
We made 4 pies out of every single serving (we ate 2 and froze the other 2) and simply used our electric pie maker so it couldn't be easier!
For these pies we used our Country Chicken Casserole as the filling, we didn't need to add anything at all as the texture is just perfect for a pie.
Were they delicious? YES!
